The purpose and the goal of the rubber mixing procedure is to incorporate and disperse the various ingredients within the rubber compound.

With a Banbury type internal rubber mixer with tangential rotors, we are able to obtain the best possible level of dispersion of all ingredients, including but not limited  to polymers, reinforcing fillers, plasticizers, as well as protective and curing systems.

Rubber compounds mixed in this fashion are able, after vulcanization, to meet or exceed all requirements of physical properties as well as resistance to environmental factors such as ozone and ultraviolet attack, resistance to specific fluids and chemicals if required, and perform virtually as new for an extended period of time.
